Been a long time since I hit the Runners Boot Camp at the gYm, so I thought why not. Tough class today. Burpee lap ladder hour. I'm going to hurt tomorrow. I will try and make this class once a week to try and get some strength back. YO
After work gYm time. Hit the tM and then the track. Felt aight, although legs seriously tight from the lunges yesterday. Not ready for gYm time to increase.. YO.
