Personal:
The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
Met up with the Goat Early AM at Wheelers, actually needed a light for the first mile... Where is summer going!! Did the Wheeler/East Fork/Middle Fork/Ice Box/Wheeler loop!! Awesome morning and sunrise.

Thought of you this morning when the TV on the treadmill said it was currently 49 degrees in Eden, Utah. There was still a good hour of dark, so I am guessing you were in bed still.
