Well - my get up and go got washed away yesterday in the monsoon snow storm holiday, so I just ate a lot of really unhealthy food..

Decided today I better get my behind moving, so hit SpiN 'o PAin for an hr..felt good. Not sure what to do this week, with the modified Squaw heat fest looming this Sat.. suggestions..

Your training has been really solid so far this year. I think you should just go for it and have fun. The new course still looks pretty good, but yeah it will be a little hotter.

Just run 2-3 times this week to keep your legs loose and you will be fine. I wouldn't hit the hills, just nice and easy.

I'm doing a few runs outside in winter gear. Probably won't help much, but I usually suffer in the heat so every little bit counts.
