The expectation of peace and safety on public land outweighs dog owners' rights. You don't have to have a dog, but you do have the right to free travel. The bigger responsibility falls on the dog owner.
Early morn cruise around Eden. Not sure how much I'll run this week with Mid Mountain on Sat. But the nice cool morning temps are great. Avg 8:09
