Awesome Trail run this AM with G'doc. Decided to get a good run/climb in so, headed South from Rainbows on the BST up the grinder past Waterfall and Strong's canyons and went up the Beus trail and did the upper loop and headed back down the upper trail to Taylor canyon and then decided to get to the TOP of Malan's Peak before the storm hit!

I as an Eagle Scout had my spikes in my pack, G' had forgotten his, so we each took one and started the climb - The snow started to hit as we hit the Peak. Pretty sketchy coming back down with one foot sliding on the ice and the other holding you up, Just a couple falls one calf cramp and we hit the bottom of Taylors, About a minute into our run back, the hail started to fly and continued until we hit the cars. Washed the run down with a Mt Ogden Burger. Great run - felt pretty good throughout!

Great day Brother. Nice we made it back before we became ice corpses up on the mountain.

You deserved the snowstorm for not inviting me.
