i guess technically all but three of these were actually on saturday, but in my head, tomorrow doesn't start until either i go to sleep for the night or the sun comes up. neither of these criteria were met, and therefore it all happened on friday.
i must say that watching the olympic 10k and 5k finals have been some of the most enjoyable races i've seen in quite a while.
here's hoping that rupp "breaking the seal" of american runners out-kicking the east africans to win *major* distance events will lead to more american runners following suit.
