i must say that watching the olympic 10k and 5k finals have been some of the most enjoyable races i've seen in quite a while.

here's hoping that rupp "breaking the seal" of american runners out-kicking the east africans to win *major* distance events will lead to more american runners following suit.

Trailing Aristotle - Alberto needs to be our national coach for running 5000 to the marathon, I am suprised we don't have a been coaching system. Met Alberto at the Honolulu marathon several years ago, very personable.
