Illahee Preserve with Mike before dawn. Pretty dark in there, so the pace was slow. Then some other friends showed up when we finished and we did trail maintenance for a few hours. 50:42

Wanted to let you know I'm entering Chuckanut and plan to be there barring something drastic happening with my new baby (who arrives later this month). Let me know if you'd be interested in sharing a hotel room or anything.

Hotels are for suckers, I'll get us a comfy place to stay and transpo to/from the race course. Last year we even got post-race showers at the house of a friend of a relative of a friend (it's a stretch), who lived blocks from the finish. But if you're coming out I'll make sure it's taken care of. I'm in for sure.

Yup, my name is on the list, too. I'm all up for crashing on people's floors, etc, if it saves some money. Let me know as it gets closer. I'm probably flying in Thursday night (Southwest flights don't arrive till 6 pm on Friday, which I'm guessing is too late) and leaving Sunday morning.

You'd be alright if you landed Friday, if that's better for your schedule. I'd pick you up at the airport and we'd stay in Seattle (making for a slightly earlier wake-up, but I've done it before and made it in plenty of time for Chuckanut). Of course, I'm completely ignoring the 3-hour time change and what that does to your body if you tried to turn around and run.

Either way, should be fine.
