Outside run while its still nice. (and it was oh so nice.) 1 mile warm up. 2 miles faster (8:13,7:45) 1 mile recovery, 2 miles (7:46, 7:38), 1 slower mile, 2 miles (7:47, 7:27), 1.5 mile recovery home. Felt like I could have gone faster. Average pace 8:21.
