1/2 mile repeats on the treadmill. Repeats were followed by .35 mile recovery. The numbers: 1 mile warm up. 1/2 mi @ 3:55, 3:50, 3:47, 3:45, 3:40, 3:42. Cool down to finish out 7 miles. Average pace 8:49. This was hard. I felt good the first 3 repeats and probably should have gone faster but I really had to talk myself into doing and finishing the last one. |
