Treadmill run. 1 mile warm up, 1 mile @ 8:17, 1/2 mile recovery jog, 1 mile @ 8:15, 1/2 mile recovery, 1 mi @ 8:13, 1/2 mi recovery, 1/2 mi @ 3:55, 1 mile cool down. Average pace 9:00 min/mi. My phone wanted jog to be jig. Wouldn't that be something, a little jig for recovery. Maybe my phone is onto something.... |
