Last hard workout before Huntsville. It was a small tempo. I wanted to be around 7:15 AP. 4 mile warm up and then 3 tempo miles at 7:20, 7:10, 7:00. Didn't plan it that way, I just didn't start feeling good until 2.5 miles into the tempo. 2 mile cool down. I felt sluggish and tired today. Hope I get some spring in my step over the next 10 days. |
