Breaking up the run into segments made it go by so much faster. 6 miles easy. 3 miles at marathon pace (7:32, 7:31, 7:18) 2 easy miles. 3 marathon pace miles (7:25, 7:25, 7:23) 2 miles cool down. My goal marathon pace is 7:25-7:30. I felt good. Much better than last weeks long run. |
