1 mile warm up. Ladder workout. 1 min fast, 1 min recovery, 2 min fast, 2 min recovery, 3/3, 4/4, 5/5, 4/4, 3/3, 2/2, 1/1. Going up my fast pace was around 9.15-9.2 mph but on the way down I realized I could go faster so I was around 9.3-9.5 mph. I'll start faster next time. I like this treadmill workout because the time goes by quickly. |
