1 mile warm up. 4x1 mile repeats with 1/2 mile recovery between each mile. Mile repeats were 6:43, 6:43, 6:41, 6:40. The goal was to be under 6:48 so i was surprised when I got home to see what the repeats were. I think it's cuz I did this in the dark and couldn't see my watch very well. |
