1.5 mile warm up to Alta High. 800x7 around the track with 400 recovery jogs. 1.5 mile run home. 800s were 3:10, 3:11, 3:12, 3:12, 3:14, 3:11, 3:09. I was pleased with how this went. I felt good amd I feel like my speed workouts are getting "easier". Just wish I was a little more consistent with my paces. |
