Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.

Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

PM: Back at it. 9 elliptical miles.
Spent the last week recovering from a concussion and 12 stitches in my head.
PM: 7 vigorous miles in the Dimple Dell Gully. Perfect weather.
PM: 21 miles on the bike.

I have my previously scheduled annual physical scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. It will be good to follow up with my regular doctor on some stuff from last week.
My kiddos have the AP Exam today. Probably just do a bunch of walking before meeting Ann after school to celebrate after doctors appointment.
AM: 24 miles on the bike. USO shift at the airport after.
