I had some success in high school and college. Winner 1985 Rod Dixon Run
Had a fair amount of success as a Masters runner for most of my 40s.
Short-Term Running Goals:
Have fun with running, explore more trails, stay healthy.
Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep running and racing consistently for as long as I can. Find what is sustainable for me over the long run.
Personal:
I teach AP European History and other courses at Alta High School. I coached the track and cross country teams at Alta for 16 years.

AM: 6 miles ofactual running around Liberty Park.
PM: 4.5 mile walk. Dropped Andy off at work, Ann and I shopped a little, and walked home from there.
PM: 6 mile walk
PM: 4.5 treadmill miles. Strength training.
PM: 21 miles on the bike hard. I'm quite knackered.
PM: Ran 2 miles, walked 4 miles
Long day - had to be at school until 8 pm for incoming freshmen open house.
PM: 4.25 miles on the treadmill. Weights etc.
4 mile walk s well.
Walked 12 miles.
