13 miles up at Alta. Felt good to be up there but I'm definitely not recovered. Coming down from Albion Basin was rough.

Jake and Kramer ran 15. It's really helping Kramer to have a training partner.

I'm heading over to Boulder tomorrow for a coaching clinic this weekend with Jay Johnson (coachjayjohnson.com). I've never been to Boulder and there's nothing I like more than a weekend hanging out with running geeks and gurus in the Mecca of distance running.

Three new Dos Equis "Most interesting man in the world" lines...

He once parallel parked a train.

His two cents is worth thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents.

It has never been "his bad".

Have a fun trip, some great places to eat in Boulder too!

It's not only helping Kramer. Jake is helping all of us and the atmosphere of the team. Alek told me Jake worked him harder on Monday than he'd ever worked before. Jake also pushed me on the way up today, trying to keep up with him and Kramer is a true challenge for all of us.

Ashton, that's really nice of you to say.

Its helping ME to have a dozen training partners :-)

I know Jake is helping everyone Ashton and I didn't mean to leave anyone out. The difference is that everyone else on the team has runners they can train with, even in hard workouts. Up until now, Kramer has had to do all his hard workouts solo.

Albion Basin is one of my favorite places to run in the Wasatch. Hope you get to snag a few peaks in Boulder.

Have fun in Boulder. That will be a fun clinic with "The Man". I love the most interesting man in the world. Very Funny...your legs will be back soon...

The Dos Equis man quotes are always great.
