I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Ran up to Butterfield Canyon and down Bacchus, Daybreak Lake, 11800 S, and Tithing hill to the JRPKW. 7:04 ave with the last mile at 6:22. About 40 degrees, dcent wind. Felt okay and the foot held up. 20 #2 in the books. It was nice to have the day off and get this done today.
