Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Fartlek workout with the boys around the square. We did a 10 minute warm up and 8 x 1 minute fartleks with 1 minute recoveries, then a 10 minute cool down adding a loop around the school grounds. 34:33
