Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran out toward Fort Herriman and then to Rosecrest for practice. Ran out to the Cove Pond and then back home via Rosecrest and Mount Ogden. Glad I had my trax on since there was about 4 inches of snow. Snowed the whole run. Tough running, but kind of fun. 7:45 ave.
Ran to Monarch, then with the kids out to Fort Herriman. Did 1 mile of tempo (6:11) to 13400 S , .5 mile recovery and then a faster .5 miles (2:49). Then finished home for 7 miles. Felt out of shape!

Drove out to Salt Air and alone and warmed up with Chad Robinson for 1.5 miles. . 2 alone. I knew this would be tough since I haven't run a 5k in years and I am pretty out of shape. It went about as expected! Got my trash kicked and felt like I hadn't run fast in years! 19:19 for a 5k..that is rough for me! Anyway at least I got out and did it and know where I am at. cooled down 1.2 miles. Ended up a distant 3rd in the age.
