I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Been sick for a week and out for 4 weeks, decided to go for 2 easy. Hoping that the achilles was better, but it instantly got tight on me. Maybe this is healed enough for now and I will just have to rehab and recondition it. 8:04 ave
