Long-Term Running Goals:
Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
AM- Easy 6 miles out to Cove and back. About 30 degrees. 7:51 pace with orthotics in. Not sure I liked them much.
PM- Ran aout for 2 miles twice, once with me and myself and once with Greg. 7:35 ave. Still not sure about the inserts, but it was 60 degrees.
