Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran on the hwy out into Perry and back. Decided to run on the new road that they made for power lines. It goes up to the canal from the hwy. It was so steep that I almost didn't make it. It took my ave pace from a 7:24 to a 7:49 in a half mile over a 5 mile run. Brutal!
