Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Ran out to the Cove pond and back. 7:32 ave. Knee was tight almost the whole time. After the run it got prett inflamed. Not sure if I take some time off or what? It has been bugging me for 2 weeks now.
