I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

Easy early morning run.  Temp was about 50 degrees.  I ran ot around the pond and down 6400 West and back.  Ran into the Herriman Half on my way back, not many people.  I felt stuffy and had a hard time breathing, but got a lot of junk out and finished with a decent average of 7:18 per mile. 

Going to a long old track meet all day now.!
