Keep fit and stay semi-competitive as long as I can.
Personal:
I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Practice today. I had about 20-25 kids show. We ran over to the district and looped back a way I had never been before. Long T-shirt and vest weather this afternoon. 8:01 pace.

Walter- I am injured so I just want to get through the winter and get better right now, no events planned.
Dave-we will do a little indoor stuff, I mostly do conditioning this time of year, but we get some kids that like to race, so I might be at a few. What about you?
