I am trying to get back into the swing of things by running every day no matter what the mileage. I'm starting to feel like I'm making progress again.

A race can do wonders for getting you back in the groove, are you running Steeple Chase on Sat?

My brother is getting married Saturday and I am in the wedding. So, its a no go Sat.But I am running the Jesse Owens 10k on the 16th. I am looking forward to shattering my time from last year.

I think I'm going to try and move up to 6 days a week. I had been mostly doing 5 days a week. I think it helps smooth things out the more days per week that you can run. Enjoy the wedding!
