Today I did intervals. I warmed up 1.5 miles and then ran 8 x 400's with a target time of 1:40.

3.8 x 400 in 1:42
4.8 x 400 in 1:39
5.8 x 40 in 1:41
6.8 x 400 in 1:42
7.8 x 400 in 1:39
8.8 x 400 in 1:38
Each interval had a 2:30 walk in between.(rest)
