What kind of work do you do at night Mike?

I work at 3M.It is a rotating 12hr shift. We work 3 nights off 2 and then 2 days, off 3 and then 3 nights and then off 2 and then work 2 days.It is 6 to 6 and you only work 15 days a month. But it seems like more.Your digestive system stays confused.Dont get me wrong,Its a good paying job and I am blessed to have it.Thats why I skip several days running some times.I just need to sleep sometimes ya know?
