Every since the Delano 12 hr, I've had a lazy streak. Its been tough to get out of it. I finally got my butt out and did some base miles today. I didnt worry about the time just tried to enjoy the run.

I've been there many times, the post race blahs. Set your self a new goal; a race or building up to a high milage week, your doing the right thing by leaving the watch home. The run is the thing, the thing is the run. ZEN

I feel your pain, Mike; I've been having a hard time getting out the door, myself, but, as with most things, this too shall pass, and we'll both be back on the long and winding road of training.
