Don't listen when a former Marine gives you workout suggestions.

Ruck (70) 3.1 miles with gasmask.

At least it filtered out the dust...

18:56 pace; started out at 75F heated up to 80F; 11% hum; 8 mph winds

pm

Ran 5.52 miles with Peter.

Told him easy, but he kept speeding ahead of me.

8:59 pace; started at 91F cooled to 86F; 25% hum; 11 mph winds

Baby Blues Miles: 5.52

Former marine? Once a marine, always a marine.

You are making such good memories.

Sam,

Strong, maybe. Tough, not. I groaned the whole way. My friends teased me throughout.

Burt,

I used "ex-Marine" once and was corrected. Former is acceptable.

Paul,

It was definitely unforgettable...

I do not understand how you can run in the heat. You must be super human!
