Tempo. 1600 + 3500 +1600. I honestly attempted to do them at 7:09s, but my pace was significantly slower. 7:51 for the 3500.

Sandstorms have put a damper on running. Broke down yesterday and used a treadmill.
5 (1 minute thrusters, 1 minute towels and 400m sprint @ 10mph) It took a bit for the treadmill to speed up so the 400s were 1:37s. | |

Weather was great. It rained yesterday to clear all the dust we've had of late.
Paced TJ and she PR'ed. And placed second in her age group.
She kept calling me names, but luckily my self-esteem is too high for her to make a dent.
The race was a bit short and the official clock was off. I suppose they started the clock late. It read 1:39: something when we came in, but the garmin was 1:41:10.
