Do well in the 50s age group, keep running pain-free.

Schooner Head, gorgeous day, was able to give it a bit more effort in the cool dry air.
EL with Ron early am. Perfect running weather, pushed the pace a bit more than I have. Got us 7:50s average, 22:30 for the last 3 miles. Last real effort before the half.
Recumbent bike easy: 10 min; Row moderate 20 min
Felt hard, pace was slow (8:35) on trails.
