Slow, with Ron, much like last week but out Schooner Head/Ocean Drive. Beautiful morning, got a little warm at the end but not bad. Legs a little sore but no worse for wear after, so that's a good sign.

Tri-lakes with Ron. Started slow (9:15) and gradually warmed up to a decent pace. Felt a little off but much better than yesterday. Ended up with a respectable pace up Jordan Pond hill (8:24) and ran about 16:00 for the last 2 miles. Solid run, starting to get in good enough shape to train for a half! Sigh.
