:)Well honestly the run felt like Crap but I didn't want to sound negative. It was tho, an "easy" Pace. It's what the coach ordered. Probably more easy would have been 10pace. I think I sped it up to 9:20's so I could be done already! ;)

Look at your workouts young lady! I am really getting pumped for you and your big race coming up (Utah Half). I was planning on doing that this year but things went hay-wire for me. Anyway, rest that body up and good luck with the rest of your training!

Lol Sam. I haven't blogged my last 3 races. I think what happens is I feel I have to make it fancy, and I get overwhelmed and just don't post anything. I will Make it a goal to post the last 3 races and make it half way between fancy and boring. :D

True Kelli! Hills are my weakness. Not so much on the run, but I can't stand hills on the bike. I need to get over that since St. George Ironman next may is brutal hill wise. Hills and I are going to have to make nice.
