Quick update...I haven't been training much for a few weeks and took a break from quite a few things including blogging. :P

This was my first day back. Got up early to avoid the heat and Tan lines. Started my Brick at 7am. Rode up to Vivian and back from my home. 17.66miles. Then a 2.85mile run around my neighborhood. Easy pace.

Then 9:30pm I decided I was bored and restless so I went and longboarded along Timpview Drive a couple Out and Back loops from my home. 3.5 miles each = 7miles boarding. :) 50min

Come to find out I'm pretty good at texting while riding in the dark.

8 a.m. Ran "Hills" Five 4 minute hill repeats at easy pace. Well and then back down. 5.62miles total with wu and wd.

3:15 p.m. Back in the pool after several weeks off. Felt like I have backtracked some. I took it really easy pace wise..thought about form and breathing. 3250yds.
