Missy! Missed you this weekend! Sounds like a nice run you did there =) Sorry I haven't been on FRB lately to check on your blog! The weekend has been pretty hectic for me. Plus a disappointing canceled marathon race... Anyway, I'm over it. So are you thinking about getting a tattoo? I don't think you can look more badas* than you already are =P

Hey Missy nice run there and with doggie too, I loved running with my dogs, but they like other dogs too much and I spend my time stop starting all the time LOL

Hi Vinh! I was gone most weekend too..Been busy and stuff! :D I only popped on to see how your race went..sorry about it being cancelled! That would have made me super mad! Ha ha...Your dragon tattoo is way cool! No I just admire other peoples tats..I couldn't get one because I would probably get tired of looking at the same one every day ..lol.

Sam Sam! I never run with Doggie but am currently in heart rate training and so I run super slow..Rob has the doggie on leash and stops with her while I keep running and they sprint to catch up...I can't stand it when she stops..lol.

Look on the bright side, it is nice to do low heart rate training because you want to (or are told to) rather than doing it simply because you are injured.

Hi Paul...you are right!! And the Heartrate training will keep me from getting injured too (By not overtraining as I tend to do) Having a coach is the best thing for me...I train like a maniac on my own..lol..I am NOT keen on this low mileage tho...Makes me feel like a NOOB!
