Today was pretty light..Started off sleeping in and Eating lunch..

Tuna with Spinach and a whole Tomato and a Tb. of Balsamic Vinegar...Oh and Coffee of course! 

 

Dessert were Yams! Ooooh couldn't wait for them to get done cooking!

 

2:30p.m. Got a quick 30 min Leg Stretch in Before I had to run afternoon errands.

5:45p.m. Not too cold outside..was I think 42 degrees when I head out..wore shorts of course. 5.21 miles.

7:30p.m. Additional 30 minutes of Leg Stretching (90second hold)

Thanks Scott! I've been working..but it's fun work so not hard! :) The stretching is preventative medicine! I need to be fully fine tuned to avoid injury. My workouts are going to increase every week so....gotta be ready. Nite nite Scott! Hope your Nyquil is working.

Vinh...I would say my injuries are 95% healed, I am feeling good! And the stretching..I am trying to regain my Dancer flexibility. Takes a long time for me to relax in a stretch, I am not a relaxed person! :P

Jtshad: 5 Degrees...I love how that makes your skin feel..lol..and how your nose is running and you can't help it and you wipe your nose with your gloves so many times the skin at your nostrils is burning..lol.

Kelli...My husband says I look like a Frog. Lol...Burt says I look like a hobbit..Incredible Hulk fits in quite well! :)

Sam: I wonder if my delts would look like that if I got in that position right now..that Pix was from then end of October..I was several pounds leaner than I am now...And I do need a tan too...thanks for the reminder. :D

Lyman: Rawrrrr I am tough! :D Tough is a great compliment...many girls would rather be called pretty..but I think "tough" is way better! :)
