My son loves origami! We have folded up animals everywhere. We will send them to the cages at your house.

Have a great weekend.

From missy on Sun, Feb 07, 2010 at 12:04:17 from 71.32.197.192

Burt: Twas an unintended Pun! I should get a bonus for that...lol.

Kelli: I'm trying to bring out my creative side..lol...You know I do have several cages in my house...I thought they were so pretty when I bought them..It wasn't untill we actually had two parakeets I realized how hideous cages were. The birds were miserable..I'd try to put my finger in there and train them to be happy..supposedly you can with parakeets..I swear they were after Bone! One of them would just fly away..the other would grind your finger with it's beak for as long as it could...We donated them back to the pet store...lol...To this day I don't know why I still have cages in my home...Decorative cages..They really aren't beautiful to Birds. Best get working on my Origami Parade. :D I will take a Picture for your son Kelli.

Have a happy restful Day Burt and Kelli.

The big question I am interested in is whether you will be wearing socks for the triathlon bike/run!

From Samantha Dean-Howard on Sun, Feb 07, 2010 at 15:19:40 from 90.195.99.160

Why are you asking that Chris LOL

I had a Cockatiel and she was lovely, she took to me, and was supposed to be mine ha ha ha well the store didnt tell us she was a she, and will bond with a male over a female, got her home and after 1 week she hated me, would squark so bad like I was killing her and I would only walk in the room, and would sing when Paul was there, she would stand on the outside of her cage it was an open style one, just put them in when its bed time, omg we took her back to the store after 2 weeks drove me nuts LOL

From Samantha Dean-Howard on Sun, Feb 07, 2010 at 15:20:10 from 90.195.99.160

btw I love the origami so cool :)

From ChrisM on Sun, Feb 07, 2010 at 16:00:25 from 86.151.220.223

LOL Some triathletes I know keep laughing at me when I say about wearing socks in the bike/run part, apparently no socks are the way to go but I can't imagine running with wet feet and no socks!

From missy on Sun, Feb 07, 2010 at 22:20:12 from 71.32.197.192

Chris: No socks...but just for racing..Just because I will be that close to winning! ;P I had a runner friend who never wore socks...she was a poor college student bless her heart..lol..but she ran St.George Marathon without socks and beat me by 2 or 3 minutes..No socks might be the key!

Sam: Origami is me Desperately Trying to relax..I don't watch tv ever...and quit computer games...so its fastrunning blog and Origami that keeps me well..lol.

And..guess even in the bird world Females are...a serious Ass pain!

3700 yd swim is so FREAKIN far! I did 2400 yds and I thought my arms were gonna fall off by the time I pulled myself out of the pool. WAY TO GO!

From vinh on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 07:14:53 from 75.77.22.187

Nice workout Missy! I love the origami dove! Is this a new hobby? I wanna see you do this one with a dollar bill.

From missy on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 11:29:07 from 71.32.197.192

Chris: Ok....WHICH Triathletes are laughing at you...I will fly over there and give them a taste of fear. Lol...No one makes fun of CHRIS! :)

TB: Well I don't exactly swim nonstop 3700, I do some kicks and some pulls with paddles, did a bunch of quicker 100's and 25's..more interesting that way....OH, This was a favorite:

Reps: 8, Distance: 75yds, Notes: (25) kick, (25 pull) (25 swim)

...So you start out with your kickboard drop it off and wedge that pull buoy in your crotch...drop it off and do a swim..pick up your board again..Make sense? Only thing that bugged me is my PullBuoy was at the other side of the pool when I was done with this set..so I did an extra 50yd to go pick it up..lol.

Anyhoooo 2400 isn't much different from 3700..you are already wet..just keep going! :D

Vinh!!! Thanks. Yep new hobby...I bought the daily Origami calendar so I could have some daily relaxation..lol...That is a freaking cool Dollar Koi Fish..I Haven't learned that one yet...lol. Have a long way to go..I was struggling with the diving duck yesteray. :)

From Kelli on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 17:56:37 from 71.219.89.82

That fish is cool! I need to find directions for that one! I am sure my son would love it! Missy, give it a try and put it in a fish bowl (do you have a bunch of those lying around, too???)

From vinh on Mon, Feb 08, 2010 at 18:03:59 from 71.68.254.197

From Scott Wesemann on Tue, Feb 09, 2010 at 12:34:35 from 66.239.250.209

Hey Missy, you are an incredible swimmer, you take amazing pics and you have some pretty good running skills too, but your blog posting skills need a little help. It's been 4 days! :P

From missy on Tue, Feb 09, 2010 at 15:07:24 from 71.32.195.43

Kelli: Lol....er..no fishbowls lying around..I do have a plain clear cookie jar that would work. Fish make me mad..they die to easily..so we don't keep fish anymore...lol. I say lol a Lot!

Vinh..I am just a beginner..Have done like 8 origami my entire life but I will work up to the Koifish...I actually understand the directions for the most part..will practice on paper..lol.

Scott..lol. Yeah I got lazy there...Did take some cute origami and food pictures for you all tho...Cuz I know my random pictures make your day! Lol..It's like..who takes pictures of stuff like this? Haha.
