I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
Favorite Blogs:
mile warmup, 3 laps speed changes. Then we did 3 200s at 40, 38, 37, then a 400 at 76 ( I was quite pleased). Then we did 2 grass laps cooldown.
Relaxing run with the dog. State tomorrow!
