I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!

I felt good about the workout but my cough was getting bad by the end.
Hills at Cottonwood Complex. I felt pretty good until the 2nd hill on the 2nd set of hills- I started getting kind of sick.
Intervals in the morning at Sunnyside.
