I did about a 1.5 mile warmup and cooldown. I don't know what the exact times and places were, but it's only a few seconds/places off and I'll probabaly find out soon.Â
I PRd!! Of course, it was a short course but it would have been close to my previous PR anyway. The course was really nice with few hills and I was able to stay focused the whole time. It really helped that Kelsey and Natalie and I were together for almost the entire race. |
