2 mile warm-up, then we did 5 hills. My shin was hurting after those and the strides, so I did a shorter cooldown.

| | 2 laps around the gully, then 5 strides and 1 round of the circuit. Then we did farlek, 10 sets of 1 min on 1 min off. Last was a short cooldown. My shin was hurting a little during the warmup and then after the strides and the circuit, but other than that it was ok. | |

| | Bike and run! It was a lot of fun, but we kind of got messed up on the way back and Greg ended up running more than I did...I also killed a few snakes on the bike, not intentionally of course. We won, so that was pretty great! Afterward we went to Eggs in the City. | |

| | I turned around early for work, but then it turned out I didn't have to go in, so that was kind of irritating. However, it was a really fun run, I hope the freshmen come back! | |
