9 mile hike, the last training hike we'll do before the Middle Teton.

I did all right until the drinking fountain, then I started feeling my soreness from yesterday.

Trail run on Pipeline.  I'm still a little sore, but not bad.

Tonight I went on a 2 mile run, and my shin splint really started hurting, so I iced it afterward.

My shin splint started acting up, especially on the downhill, so I took it easy today and iced it.

In the evening I did 42 minutes on the bike.

We did a warm-up, then a fast mile.  I did mine in 7:22, but my shin was hurting so I didn't do any more timed stuff.  Then I did a cool down with Susannah.  I iced my shin afterward.

I went from my house and did 2 laps around Sugarhouse.  The grass felt really good for my shin.  I did 20 minutes of fartlek while there, 2 minutes on 2 minutes off.
