I just started college and am a little lost without my xc and track from high school! But I'm beginning to breach the long-distance scene, which is fantastic!
We did a warm-up, then a fast mile. I did mine in 7:22, but my shin was hurting so I didn't do any more timed stuff. Then I did a cool down with Susannah. I iced my shin afterward.
I went from my house and did 2 laps around Sugarhouse. The grass felt really good for my shin. I did 20 minutes of fartlek while there, 2 minutes on 2 minutes off.
