Running!

Speed workout- 4,8,4, rest, 4,4,8.  My pace had slowed down by the last 2 but I felt pretty good overall.  I still really need to work on my arms, though.

I ran through the U campus with Susannah and Bre.  I had my new orthotics in for the first time running, and I'm wondering if that was why my muscles were a little fatigued.  It may also have been that there was a fair amount of uphill and because of yesterday's workout.

Track meet @ West, I did the 800, 2 mile, and 4 by 400.  I didn't here any of my times but I think the 800 was about 2:56, 2 mile somewhere between 14 and 15, and my 400 I pushed but didn't get a time.  My legs are a little sore from all the running on the track, but I thin I should be ok in a few days.

1 mile down to Liberty, then 3 laps around with .5 miles on, .5 off
