It was HOT, and I don't handle heat well.  I was doing OK through the half and then everything fell apart.  I had to walk A LOT in the 2nd half.  I only finished because this puts me only 1 year away from the 10-Yr club so 1 year closer to not worrying about a lottery anymore.

It was 45 degrees and cloudy this morning.  I ran 5.60 miles easy.  The IT band was quiet, the abdominal injury was about a 3.

It was 32 degrees this morning with a light breeze.  I wore my windbreaker for the first time this fall.  Not looking forward to the colder weather coming.  I ran 5.11 miles easy, most of them with Bob.  Had to cut it short to meet a plumber at my house to fix a valve in my basement.

It was 39 degrees this morning.  It did not feel too bad at all because it was calm.  I ran 6.37 miles, a couple of them with Bob.  We talked politics a bit which is always interesting because we are almost polar opposites politically.  I ran 6.37 miles easy.

It was cool and breezy this morning, but I was still able to wear shorts (hate the tights).  I have really taken it easy this month trying to let all my injuries heal.  My IT Band feels like it is now 100%.  It does not bother me at all.  The abdominus tendonosis now feels like my issue is more strength needed in the area so better core training is needed.  I decided to run a bit farther today and while it was not fast, I was able to go the distance without pain or Ibuprofen.  I have not taken any Ibuprofen since St.George and it has really helped me focus on where the issues truly are.  I was starting to rely on it way too much.

I ran 10.56 miles easy and feel good about it.  Hopefully I can slowly regain my speed and endurance and be strong for next year.
