Finished 2nd Overall in 2005 Utah Grand Slam to Paul Peterson. He beat me by 30 min in every race.

Completed the Utah Grand Slam 10 consecutive years (2003-2012). I don't know if anyone else has done that. Short-Term Running Goals: 2024 Goals:
Be consistent in my Riding.
Drop a few lbs. Long-Term Running Goals: I have long-term biking goals. Running is completely out of the question with the Meniscus in my knee. Personal: I'm in the 60-64 Age Group.....Yikes!

| Long Run day. I drove to the start of the marathon course as the sun came up. Nobody else wanted to run that far so I was alone. 21.04 miles and felt much better the last 7 miles than I did a couple weeks ago!

| Very Windy, but warm morning. I ran from my house in to town to the Wellness Center. Ran a couple laps around the park and then home.
