Another late nighter from the Stake Center after interviews.

I felt incredibly light and strong so I ran a bunch of Fartleks. I would run two telephone poles fast and then two easy and then three fast/three easy. Just lots of mixing and matching like that. I had the neighborhood around the Stake Center to myself as it was quite late. It was fun. I wish every run was so good!

Nice run. You are a night owl, if I don't run in the morning it is a real struggle to get out there.
